Job description

Internship Objective: The internship builds strong technical, analytical, and communication skills through hands‑on work in material evaluation, formulation, extrusion, testing, design validation, and use of key R&D tools. It also enables meaningful contributions to decking, and railing projects while developing core knowledge of building codes, performance standards, customer‑driven design, and cross‑functional collaboration. What You'll Do: General Responsibilities: - Work with team members on diverse projects and tasks. - Perform research and analysis to aid project objectives. - Create reports, presentations, and necessary documentation. - Engage in team meetings and share ideas. - Learn and implement industry best practices and company standards. R&D Responsibilities: - Assist with product development and improvement projects for decking, railing, and accessories. - Perform lab and performance testing, including data collection and analysis. - Support competitive benchmarking. - Document and summarize technical projects.
