Specialist Teacher - Communication and Autism Team (CAT) Permanent: MPR/UPR - Min SEN Point, with Max available for the appropriate experience & qualification(s) Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 32.5 hours per week in line with Teachers Terms and Conditions Please note this is a specialist role requiring qualified teacher status and significant experience under teachers terms and conditions and is therefore exempt from priority movers Required from September 2026 we are looking to appoint a full time outstanding and experienced Specialist Teacher to join the Communication and Autism Team (CAT). This exciting opportunity is to join a well-established team supporting social communication and interaction differences and autistic children and young people between the ages of 3-18 in mainstream and resource base provision. CAT are an educational service who advise staff in maintained nursery and school settings on how to build their autism knowledge and work strategically with settings to embed good autism practice.
