Job Type : Full-time; Non-Exempt Function: The Quotations Associate supports the preparation of accurate and timely project bids for lighting or switchgear packages. This position works closely with internal sales teams, vendors, and customers to collect information, prepare bills of materials, request vendor pricing, and assemble formal quotations. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset to ensure customer satisfaction and business success. Duties & Responsibilities: - Review bid packages provided by contractors and identify materials required for quoting. - Request vendor quotations from lighting or switchgear manufacturers and agents. - Assemble detailed quotations using software such as OASIS or similar quotation platforms. - Collaborate with internal sales teams and vendors to maximize profitability and meet customer expectations. - Prepare and update bills of material (BOMs) and ensure all components are accurately priced. - Assist in negotiating pricing with suppliers to obtain competitive bids. - Maintain accurate and organized records of bid activity and vendor correspondence. - Operate and maintain quotation workflo...
