Mustang Cat is hiring a Yard Coordinator to support our Construction Machinery sales team by managing the organization, staging, and delivery readiness of new and used equipment and work tools. This role plays a key part in ensuring equipment is properly prepared, organized, and ready for customer delivery or demonstration. What You’ll Do as a Yard Coordinator: ◦ Log, tag, and reconcile daily received equipment and work tools ◦ Store equipment and work tools in designated yard locations ◦ Stage equipment and work tools for service and sales preparation ◦ Maintain an organized and safe yard at all times ◦ Install machine passcodes ◦ Install work tools on machines ◦ Complete Cat Inspect inspections after installation ◦ Ensure machines are ready for customer delivery ◦ Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory audits ◦ Track and maintain accurate equipment locations ◦ Provid...
