Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our ERP System team in the role of Senior Analyst. This position is a full-time position located in Indianapolis, IN. Role Responsibilities: - Leads strategic initiatives in collaboration with IT and business units for the development, implementation and support of new systems and enhancements. - Acts as strategic business partner to identify, assess and interpret customer needs and objectives to evaluate new applications or enhance existing applications, document and test system requirements. - Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. - Works collaboratively with the development team to configure, maintain and upgrade the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other related software under general supervision. - Assists with maintaining the security of operating systems. - Provides onsite support to the organization's internal users of ERP applications.
