SUMMARY: The Controller will ensure timely and accurate reporting for the Plant through both routine and ad hoc reporting requests while ensuring internal control compliance and adherence to company financial policies. This position will supervise the plant accounting department. Main focuses will be profit improvement initiatives, internal controls, annual budgets, weekly estimates, month end closing, AR management, special ad hoc projects and presentations as needed. Responsible for the overall accounting operation, including financial reporting and budgeting. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Overall operation of accounting, including financial reports and budget. - Ensure appropriate support of all amounts contained in plant balance sheet. - Ensure accurate and timely reporting of results, including statistical data. - Oversight, management, and evaluation of accounting staff.
