You support new and existing customers in digitizing business processes, with a focus on sales, customer service, and field service. You analyze processes and business needs and translate them into clear solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. You collaborate closely with the development and project teams to design and deliver solutions. You help configure solutions and support testing. This ensures everything works correctly, meets customer expectations, and is ready for Go-Live.
