You have experience working in or alongside hospital settings (clinical background is a plus, but not required). You are operationally strong and capable of running implementation plans end-to-end, including stakeholder alignment and structured project management. You bring a user-centred mindset: you care deeply about usability, workflows, and how clinicians actually experience software (experience with UX, service design, or similar is a strong plus).
