Description Victory Programs is an established non-profit organization based in Boston that provides housing, and innovative and comprehensive direct care services, to individuals and families with very specialized needs. The majority of our clients are homeless, experiencing substance use disorder and are also struggling with a chronic health condition such as HIV/AIDS or diagnosed mental illness. Twenty percent are women caring for children, and 75 percent of Victory Programs' clients are homeless upon admission. Victory Programs' overall goals include providing our clients with the tools to remake their lives, and to help them return to the community to live independently. We support our clients and their families as they work toward transforming their lives: many are working to recover from addiction, stabilizing and improving their health, and re-building their families; others desire to have a healthy baby. All need to develop life and job skills, seek educational opportunities, find appropriate housing and employment, and establish a web of support that will sustain them as they move toward independence.
