About the Role Culmen International is hiring a Checkpoint Site Lead . Will serve as the primary on-site representative for the TSA SEDS checkpoint contract. This individual is responsible for the seamless execution of construction management and systems integration within a high-stakes airport environment. The Site Lead ensures that all technical specifications—from seismic requirements to electrical infrastructure—are met while managing diverse stakeholders and maintaining strict adherence to federal compliance standards. What You’ll Do in Your New Role Project Management & Execution: Lead complex construction management projects, ensuring delivery is on-time and within budget. Navigate the unique complexities and schedule histories inherent to airport environments. Technical Compliance: Oversee design alternatives and solutions, ensuring all work meets federal, state, and local specifications.
