Site Water Manager

Job description

Right now, we are looking for a Site Water Manager for our Mill Services team. Site Water Manager is responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted supply, treatment, and optimization of water resources across the entire site, including external stakeholder collaboration. This role demands full autonomy in decision-making, extensive stakeholder engagement, and a proactive approach to optimizing water quality and infrastructure. The position requires expertise in managing high-value contracts, overseeing service providers, and driving innovative solutions to enhance sustainability and efficiency in water management. Specific to this role, the day-to-day tasks will include the following but as we are a growing company with very little silos between teams, other tasks might be included as well. Lead, mentor, and develop the team through training, coaching, and clear direction while governing service partners and provider agreements. Oversee WTP 1 & 2 service partnerships, including chemical supply, service contracts, lifecycle management, and O&M budget control.
