Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong expertise in the German market to support and scale our HR operations. This role will act as a key partner to the business , ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a high-quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. Germany is the primary focus , while exposure to Poland or other European markets is considered a strong advantage.
