Market Range: 09 Hiring Salary: $22.77/Hourly: JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Financial Coordinator provides financial and business operations support to the Office of Research and the Office of Clinical Research Business Manager and Directors. This position assists with fiscal administration for the Offices of Research and Clinical Research, including but not limited to budget reporting and oversight of all accounts. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED) EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of related accounting, business administration, and/or finance and administrative support experience; OR Associate’s Degree and three (3) years of administrative support experience; OR a combination of education and work experience to equal five (5) years. - Monitors, reconciles, and assists with fiscal and business operations; assists with business management for all departments within the Office of Clinical Research and the Office of Research. - Resolves day-to-day business-related problems pertaining to departmental accounts, personnel processing, contracts, travel, payables, and purchasing. - Develops budget analysis reports, prepares monthly reports, and performs account mainte...
