The Project Engineer provides process and mechanical engineering support, calculations and equipment sizing for a wide variety of air pollution control projects: baghouse fabric filters, circulating dry scrubbers, sorbent injection equipment, material handling systems, regenerative thermal oxidizers, and wet electrostatic precipitators. What You Will Be Doing: Here’s an overview of your responsibilities and how you can leverage your expertise: - Perform mass and energy balances, heat transfer calculations, pressure drop calculations - Review technical documents and specifications - Develop cost estimates of equipment and services - Work closely with application engineers in the sales department to ensure there are no gaps between proposal stage and post-contract stage regarding project scope, budget, and guarantees, providing cost-...
