The Roofing Project Manager contributes to ION Solar and Home Services by managing insurance-related roofing projects from start to finish, typically involving storm damage roof replacements or solar lift and replace work. This role bridges sales and project management by taking jobs identified by inside or outside sales representatives as insurance opportunities and ensuring they are closed, managed, and completed successfully. Duties/Responsibilities: Manage insurance-based roofing projects, including lift-and-replace jobs and full roof replacements. Partner with sales representatives to close roofing opportunities, assist in getting contracts signed, and move projects into production.
