ABOUT THE POSITION: Palomino Smokehouse is looking for a bar assistant to fill out their team on a part-time permanent basis. The bar assistant is responsible for several key functions in the successful operation of the restaurant bar, including preparing ice, garnishes, and syrups, stocking the bar, and ensuring the bartenders are set up for service.
