Job Description: The Accounting Assistant Manager will support the Accounting Manager in overseeing accounting transactions, controls, and processes across the business. This role will help drive continuous improvement, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support key stakeholders across finance and the wider organisation. Key Responsibilities: Support the review and accuracy of all accounting transactions and balance sheet controls. Assist in developing the future vision and continuous improvement of the accounting function. Identify and implement process and efficiency improvements. Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. Build strong relationships with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, FP&A, and IT.
