This is a hands-on field role where you’ll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure systems operate at peak performance. What You’ll Do: - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential solar systems. - Perform maintenance and corrective service on solar equipment. - Install and repair inverter communication systems (cell cards, LAN, hardline connections). - Respond to service calls and adjust schedules for urgent issues. - Manage daily appointments to maximize efficiency. - Communicate clearly with homeowners about system performance and repairs. - Document work with photos, notes, and system updates. - Coordinate warranty claims and equipment replacements with manufacturers. - Follow all safety procedures while working on rooftops and electrical systems.
