Job Description SUMMARY: The Leadership Development Specialist (Contractor) is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting high-impact professional learning experiences for school and district leaders. This role focuses on building leadership capacity through the creation of asynchronous learning assets, coaching resources, and strategic content aligned to instructional excellence, leadership frameworks, and school improvement priorities. This individual brings deep experience in school leadership and instructional coaching and is skilled at translating research and best practices into practical, actionable tools that improve educator practice and student outcomes. This is a full-time contract role running from April through December, with the option to extend based on project needs.
