Job Title CAS Leader Imaging Benelux Job Description: Play a vital role in increasing customer satisfaction and efficiency in the training and demonstration of our products and solutions to our customers. Key contribution to sustainable market share growth of our Imaging businesses in the Benelux. Your role: Lead and develop a team of Clinical Applications Specialists (MR, CT, and DXR). Provide clinical application training and support to end customers. Deliver clinical support for tenders, solutions, education, and applications. Oversee aftermarket services and related clinical strategies. Manage customer relationships, including supporting the resolution of customer concerns and escalations. Analyze operational processes and escalation procedures, and perform training needs assessments. Develop and implement procedures to ensure the team complies with defined processes and standards. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
