Description Burkentine is growing and as a result we are looking for Superintendents to join our dynamic team. Superintendents provide on-site supervision and coordination for all phases of Multi-Family and Custom Home construction projects. The Superintendent is solely responsible for and will be held accountable for the timely completion of the project and for ensuring that the project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. Requirements: - Generate, manage, coordinate, and execute an overall project schedule. This schedule shall be updated to reflect the current schedule of activities monthly and submitted to senior leadership for review. - Generate, manage, coordinate, and execute a 3-week look-ahead schedule that nests and relates to the overall project schedule. This schedule shall be maintained on person and readily available for review and analysis as required. - Schedule Burkentine self-performance activities, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in the critical path to ensure timely completion. - Schedule, coordinate, and preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work. - Conduct Daily “Work Huddles”...
