Job Title Category Specialist - Personal Health (Italy, Israel and Greece) Job Description: Category Specialist: Are you ready to drive category growth for our key retailers through Category Management? It’s crucial to deeply understand the shopper to make the right choices in product assortment and promotional planning. As a Category Manager, you have a ‘Category First’ mindset and possess the best insights to collaborate closely with retailers to achieve maximum category & Philips growth. You promote category thinking & shopper-first mentality, helping to establish Category Management as a new discipline. You will be part of the Personal Health IIG zone team and work closely with National Account Managers, Shopper Activation Managers and Shopper Excellence, Consumer Marketing Managers, and customers. Your role: - Define a clear category vision based on (shopper) insights & data.
