RK&K is currently hiring a Media Technology Specialist. The Media Technology Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supporting the logistics of meetings and events. This position involves ensuring that all aspects of meetings run smoothly, from planning and setup to execution and follow-up Essential Functions: - Meeting Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and managing RSVPs - Logistics Management: Arrange meeting spaces, set up audio-visual equipment, and ensure all necessary materials are available - Technical Support: Provide basic technical support for virtual and in-person meetings, including troubleshooting audio-visual issues - Communication: Serve as the point of contact for meeting participants, addressing any questions or concerns - Documentation: Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents - Follow-Up: Assist in post-meeting activities, such as collecting feedback and summarizing key takeaways - Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed for equipment rental, and other services Required Education, Skills and Experience: - High s...
