Employment Specialist (Middlesex and Somerset Counties) Shift: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Must be flexible to work evenings & weekends as needed) About Us and Our Program: Since January 8th 1948, Easterseals New Jersey has worked to meet the continuously growing needs of people with disabilities and their families. Its Supported Employment program, employment specialists work with participants to identify career goals and achieve them. Through individualized support and training, participants have all the tools they will need to transition into a new career. What You’ll Do: The Employment Specialist helps individuals secure and maintain competitive employment by fostering independence, building employer partnerships, and identifying workplace supports for long-term success.
