Dispatch & Monitor Drivers: Assign routes, provide instructions, and continuously monitor driver progress to ensure on-time deliveries. Resolve Issues: Serve as the main point of contact for drivers, quickly resolving issues and providing necessary guidance throughout the day. Manage Communication: Handle professional and prompt communication with customers regarding delivery times, delays, or schedule changes. Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure all routing and dispatching activities comply with federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
