Job Description: In a nutshell: As the YouTube Producer, you’ll lead and own creative decisions tied to clear performance metrics for the Red Bull Bike YouTube channel, driving brand love, audience engagement, and long-term impact through authentic, innovative, strong storytelling content. You’ll design and execute a compelling year-round content plan - covering strategy, planning, production, packaging, and publishing - using insights into audience behaviour, media trends, CTR, retention curves, and other KPIs to ensure every piece of content meets creative standards, platform best practices, and brand guidelines.
