Job description

The Maintenance Supervisor plans, organizes, and provides supervision and oversight for daily maintenance operations and activities in the Montgomery Plant, which includes hourly maintenance employees and outside contractors; coordinates department activities with those of other departments; inspects and troubleshoots equipment and maintenance work; orders necessary parts and performs related work as required. Additionally oversees the fabricating of metal parts and tools. This position will serve our Water Heating Division, located in Montgomery, Alabama . Relocation Assistance is available. Responsible for the direct supervision of hourly Maintenance Department Employees including: Electricians, Maintenance Mechanics, Oilier, Working Leaders and Dispatcher. Directs electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic trouble shooting, maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and buildings.
