CRM Rollout Manager (m/f/d)

Job description

We are looking for a CRM Rollout Manager to play a key role in the successful deployment of our global CRM-related programs across multiple markets. In this role, you will support and coordinate rollout readiness, testing, training, and hypercare activities, ensuring all business units and local teams are aligned, informed, and fully prepared for a smooth go-live and post-launch stabilization. You will also contribute to the development of scalable rollout templates and optimized processes to enable consistent, efficient, and repeatable rollouts across regions. Working closely with program management, PMO colleagues, functional streams (e.g. product owners), IT, our Change and Communications Team, and Market Units, you will consolidate program requests, coordinate various rollout activities, including, but not limited to, local testing and training efforts, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and ensure effective execution throughout the rollout process.
