About the Role: As a Home Owner Coach in our team, you’ll play a key role in helping to enhance the customer experience and delivering exceptional results across the key dimensions of identifying customer needs, Home Loans sales and cross sell thereby assisting with creating Main Bank customers. The team focuses on supporting customers throughout their home ownership journey from saving for a deposit, first home ownership and property investments. Key focus is to explore opportunities to acquire new home loan and deposit customers via a needs based conversation.
