Job Description Summary The Industrialization Specialist (m/f/d) reports to the Lean Leader, both disciplinarily and professionally. The role is performed largely autonomously without detailed individual instructions. Regular communication and collaboration with internal departments, as well as occasional coordination with external suppliers, are integral parts of the role. The Industrialization Specialist holds technical responsibility for the industrialization of products and processes, thereby making a significant contribution to manufacturing quality and stability at the site.
