Job description

A Lead Business Analyst / Product Owner within the Climate Risk Technology team will lead communication and alignment between Climate Risk Modelling & Analytics teams. Based in London and working closely with local and global stakeholders, the role will deliver regulatory-compliant, data-driven solutions that embed climate risk into the firm’s decision-making and reporting. You will translate UK and EU regulatory requirements (data and technology expectations) and business objectives into clear product roadmaps, prioritised requirements, and acceptance criteria. You will work across users and stakeholders in Risk and Modelling & Analytics to build scalable, auditable capabilities that support capital planning, disclosures, and portfolio steering. This role is key to enabling the build and maintenance of a robust, scalable infrastructure that operationalises climate risk insights across the firm—removing manual bottlenecks and embedding risk analytics into core business processes.
