Job Description The Camp Manager will be responsible for the development of the operational team and hourly employees. The Camp Manager will interact daily with the client and the client’s employees. This individual will be focused on ensuring operational excellence. As our Camp Manager, you will plan, manage, and oversee multiple contracted services for a single client while meeting operational and financial objectives, client expectations, and customer needs. At this site, Aramark provides the following services: Food Services, Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Facility Maintenance. - Ability and willingness to travel and work long rotations away from home. - Rotation schedule: 2 weeks in camp / 2 weeks out of camp. - While in camp, most shifts range from 10 to 12 hours per day . - Travel from your home location (Montreal or Chibougamau) to the camp will be covered by Aramark. - Meals and accommodations while in camp are provided at no cost to you. - To be considered, candidates must be fully fluent in French .
