Job description

Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate testing activities across software and hardware integration projects; - Define test strategies, test plans, and schedules for both manual and automated testing; - Perform manual and automated testing of software systems and their interaction with Miele and third-party devices - Design, implement and maintain test cases for system-/E2E testing and regression testing, manual and automated tests both; - Ensure verification and traceability of requirements through comprehensive test coverage; - Collaborate with development, hardware, quality and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables; - Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and quality metrics; - Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and documentation; - Mentor and support QA and Dev team members; - Participate in release planning and risk assessment.
