This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, reducing uncollectible accounts and AR days, improving operational processes, and preparing the organization for enterprise-level transformation. The VP will align people, processes, and technology strategies to protect and enhance BCH’s $3B+ annual revenue. The ideal candidate brings deep revenue cycle expertise, a strong operational mindset, and the ability to lead through complexity.
