Job Description Summary The Senior Assembly Design Resident Engineer demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet strategic business needs, manage complex issues within functional area(s) of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy for Assembly. This position requires cross-functional collaboration with the Assembly counterparts to improve the producibility, quality, and delivery. Qualified candidates for this hands-on role will identify areas of improvements to both GE processes and procedures in the areas of Engineering, Supply Chain Quality, and Manufacturing.
