We are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team What you will do?: - Prepare cost estimates, budgets, bills of quantities, and tender documentation. - Manage project costs, variations, valuations, and interim/final accounts. - Support commercial management activities, including claims and risk identification. - Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly. - Produce regular cost reports and ensure projects meet legal, quality, and safety standards. - Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
