Program Control Analyst Ft. Meade Area, MD · Government/Military Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Polygraph: Full-Time | Fully Funded | $130K–$180K Helm Point Solutions is a cybersecurity and physical security firm supporting the nation’s most critical systems and infrastructure. We’re seeking driven and experienced Program Control Analyst to support a premier cybersecurity and Information Assurance (IA) program in the Ft. Meade area. This role contributes to one of the community’s most advanced RMF-based programs, helping define the cybersecurity standards for the federal landscape. What You’ll Do: As a Program Control Analyst you will: Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain program budgets, spend plans, and estimates-at-completion (EACs) to monitor financial health. Performance Monitoring: Track project costs against budget, identify variances, and analyze scheduling, often using Earned Value Management (EVM). Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports, cost performance reports, and customer invoices in compliance with contract terms (e.g., T&M, CPFF, FFP).
