Job description

The University of Helsinki International trainee programme is open to all international students enrolled in a University of Helsinki master’s programme. We are looking for a trainee for the New HR System implementation project. You will primarily be working with tasks related to the New HR System (SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central) implementation project. At the University of Helsinki, new HR system implementation project started in autumn 2025. SAP ERP HCM system will be replaced by SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is the master system for position, employee, time and compensation data. In addition, service solution for onboarding and offboarding employees as well as other functionalities to streamline the processes, e.g. document management, will be implemented.
