VIPEX Value Improvement Intern, Poznań Role & team overview: Join Carlsberg Shared Services as an Intern supporting VIPEX – Value Improvement Process Excellence , focused on optimizing the cost of goods sold (COGS) across our beer and beverage portfolio. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in cost optimisation, product value engineering, and cross-functional collaboration within a global FMCG organisation. You will be part of the Analytics & Reporting / Data Excellence community, working closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and Product Development teams. Your insights will help identify improvement opportunities that enhance product value while reducing production costs. What you’ll be doing: Portfolio Simplification Effect & Savings: Supply Chain Pain Assessment & Agile tool design - Structure SKU‑level cost, volume and material data to support portfolio simplification. Support case studies (e.g. packaging / bottle harmonisation) using available data. - Support supply chain pain assessments with agile data tools linked to portfolio choices.
