Position: Customer Technical Support Co-op/Intern Number of Position(s): 3: Duration: 4 months: Date: Sept 2026 – Dec 2026 Location: On-site, Ottawa: EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS: Currently a candidate for diploma, bachelor’s or master’s degree in network technology, Computer/Software/Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with an accredited school in Canada. What you will do: - Troubleshoot customer network issues across various IP Service Router platforms. - Manage and support network environments using Nokia SR Linux (SRL), including configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades. - Assist in reproducing customer issues in the lab and documenting test results. - Perform basic configuration tasks on routers and switches under supervision. - Identify opportunities for automation and develop solutions. - Help prepare presentations or summaries based on findings from lab tests or customer cases. - Participate in continuous learning through internal workshops, trainings, and shadowing opportunities.
