ennovationHUB is a fast-growing international e-commerce group operating in the home & living category, with a strong focus on furniture. From our hubs in Belgrade and London, we serve customers across the UK, North America, EU, and APAC. As we scale toward €100m+ annual revenue by 2026, we are looking for a COO who will act as the CEO’s right hand in a founder-led business and take ownership of execution across the company. (Note: This is a single role, advertised across multiple locations to reach a broader pool of candidates.) This is not a traditional COO role, and it is not about running a single department. You will be working with a small group of senior people across Commercial, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain, ensuring the company runs effectively and moves forward as one. We operate in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, so you need to be comfortable adapting quickly and working with a high degree of change.
