Lead Engineer (Digital Experience)

Job description

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer , you will be responsible for designing, implementing & driving the development of high-quality, scalable, and secure digital solutions. You will lead a small team of engineers and work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to drive, shape and implement innovative solutions that meet business requirements. Responsibilities: Drive the development of secure, scalable digital solutions on AWS, aligned with platform standards. Provide hands-on guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring code quality and best practice adherence. Collaborate with the Product Lead to design solutions for business use cases using established patterns. Act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on goals. Manage backlog, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning to ensure timely and effective delivery. Obtain a deep understanding of the core platform, then mentor team members and act as the Platform SME to promote consistent and effective use.
