Position Summary The Sales Operations & Inside Sales Manager owns the commercial execution engine that supports sales performance, margin discipline, and customer execution. This role is responsible for sales operations, pricing governance, inside sales execution, deal support, reporting, and process rigor across the commercial organization. This position provides leadership across sales operations, inside sales, commercial analytics, and system integrity, partnering closely with Sales Leadership, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to ensure disciplined execution and consistent commercial decision-making. Essential Functions: - Own and optimize sales operating processes including quoting, deal approval, contract pricing, customer programs, and bid execution - Serve as the operational backbone of the sales organization, ensuring speed, accuracy, and consistency - Act as the primary escalation point for deal structure, pricing exceptions, and customer programs - Develop and maintain pricing frameworks that support margin targets, market competitiveness, and customer segmentation - Establish and enforce pricing governance, approval workflows, and controls - Monitor margin performanc...
