HR Generalist

Job description

Location: Onsite, Letterkenny Expert HR Generalist for Letterkenny supporting all employees and managers within the geographical focus on all aspects of the people strategy. The role will be a key business partner to functional managers and will also implement and maintain HR strategy as determined by the global and regional HR teams. Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each: (This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.) Qualifications: - Offer expert HR advice, guidance and support to management and staff in line with company policy and employment legislation, across the Nordic region. - HR support to the Managers, to assist in the management of their staff and achievement of their objectives. - Assist HR Director in driving through HR related business initiatives and/or improvements. - Work with Management teams to develop and deliver strategic workforce plans. - Assist in identifying / evaluating development needs within the business.
