The People Operations Manager DACH(I) leads and continuously improves HR operational services across the DACH(I) region, ensuring reliable, compliant, and scalable people processes across the full employee lifecycle – from hiring to exit. As part of the People Operations pillar, this role is responsible for delivering high‑quality HR services , including operational Talent Acquisition and employee lifecycle management, while enabling HR Business Partners to focus on strategic leadership and people advisory work.
