Regional Lung Health Coordinator

Job description

Overview We are seeking a Regional Lung Health Coordinator, which is normally covered by a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN). The Regional Lung Health Coordinator supports patients throughout the lung cancer care journey by helping reduce barriers, coordinate services, and improve overall experience for patients and families. This role serves as a care coordinator, educator, and advocate across our region, helping patients move through diagnostic testing, treatment, supportive services, and follow-up care more efficiently. The Regional Lung Health Coordinator also serves as a central point of contact for patients and caregivers and referring providers while maintaining navigation software and data to support quality improvement and clinical research.
