Overview The Seaport Hotel is seeking a skilled and service‑focused Plumber to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems throughout the hotel to ensure a safe, comfortable, and seamless experience for our guests and team members. Your expertise and professionalism will directly impact guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the property. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, valves, and equipment. - Review plans/specs and determine materials and layouts. - Troubleshoot and repair water heaters, conditioners, pumps, and water treatment equipment. - Maintain storm, sanitary, and water piping systems. - Test systems for leaks and ensure all work meets code. - Respond to work orders and emergency calls promptly. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance; maintain clean and safe work areas. - Manage inventory and vendor repairs. - Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout. - Represent the hotel professionally and support sustainability practices.
