Position Summary: The Default and Specialized Services Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance of Default Services operations through comprehensive audit and quality control practices. This role involves conducting daily audits of loan documentation and recorded phone calls, assessing the performance of Quality Control Auditors, and delivering constructive feedback to enhance operational effectiveness. The Auditor will identify trends and training opportunities, support responses to external audits, and contribute to vendor oversight by developing and maintaining performance scorecards. This position plays a critical role in safeguarding compliance with internal policies and industry regulations, while promoting continuous improvement across Default Services functions.
