Job Description The Role: We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Chassis Controls organization as a Chassis Feature Strategist at GM’s Milford Proving Ground. Our team delivers world-class vehicle dynamics performance to our customers through innovative chassis control features on the vehicles that will define the next generation of GM’s future. A Chassis Feature Strategist is responsible for calibration activity planning and software content planning for a family of chassis control features(ABS, TCS, ESC, VAF). This role works across multiple projects within a domain to create the strategy, plans, and guardrails that enable high-quality, on-time delivery of software and calibration content. The Feature Strategist connects feature-level technical direction with program execution, making sure the right work is planned, resourced, and sequenced for successful launches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chassis controls and vehicle dynamics, a clear understanding of calibration and software development lifecycles, and demonstrated ability to think strategically across programs.
