Job Description Responsible for the overall nutritional care of patients. Plans, assesses, implements, and evaluates nutritional care plan of patients. Assists in management related tasks as directed. May assist team members with more complicated procedures and tasks. Job Responsibility: 1.May mentor and train team members. 2.Responsible for accurately and responsively performing varied and moderately complex to complex clinical tasks. 3.Requires minimal instruction on day-to- day work & general direction on more complex tasks and projects. 4.May assist team members with more complicated procedures and tasks. 5.Assists clinical team members and department or unit management in determining methods and procedures for new tasks. 6. Collaborates with senior team members to develop/validate methods, techniques & analytical approaches. 7.Interviews patient and/or family for nutritional history, obtains patient food preferences, assesses patients, and documents in patients’ medical record. 8.Guides and conducts assessments of documents in patients' medical records, according to hospital policies and procedures, and recommends nutrition care plans to medical staff for review and considerat...
